Our website allows clients to make contact and book a free consultation at a time that suits them.
02 — Free Consultation
We offer free initial consultation meetings to discuss projects, provide advice and determine how clients are best placed to proceed.
03 — Free Quotation
Following initial consultation, our team will work to issue quotations within 24–48 hours because we understand the value of time.
04 — Engagement
Upon engagement we initiate a Communications Schedule with clients to set out what to expect and we commence pre-lodgement work.
05 — Lodgement and Assessment
Development Applications are lodged and we work with clients to manage and drive the assessment and decision-making process with assessing authorities.
06 — Approval and Forward Planning
Once a decision/approval is issued, we workshop the conditions and outcomes with the client to build an action plan to move projects forward quickly.
07 — Customer Satisfaction
Customer feedback is requested to ensure we continue to improve and refine our Development Application and approval system.
